Serve over helado (ice cream) or as a dip for Churros!
1/2 | cup | dark chocolate chips or 4 ounces dark chocolate | |

1/4 | cup | heavy cream | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | cinnamon | |
|
|||
2 | teaspoons | Kahlua (optional) | |
|
|||
1 | Tablespoon | granulated sugar | |
|
|||
Serve over icecream | |||

Microwave method:
Place chocolate and cream in a microwave safe bowl. Cook in microwave for 20 seconds at a time. Stir mixture every 20 seconds. When mixture is smooth, stir in cinnamon and Kahlua.
Pour into serving dish and sprinkle with sugar.
Stove top method:
Place chocolate and cream in saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly until mixture is smooth. When mixture is completely smooth, stir in cinnamon and Kahlua. Pour into serving dish and sprinkle with sugar.
Serve over ice cream, cake, or as a dipping sauce for churros or fresh fruit.
